Home
/hōm/
Noun 1. the place where one lives
Home. The word conjures up different visions for each of us. Home can be a place we physically reside; it can be where our family or friends live; it can mean something spiritual; it can be internal rather than external. As we began our show selection process, the popular adage “Home is where the heart is” immediately sprang to mind.
For many of us, PVTC is a home away from home, and a safe place where we can make art straight from the heart. Come join us this summer for an exploration of what home means to each one of us. We are so excited to welcome you back home – not only to the redwoods, but back into the theater and onto our stage!

An Inclusive Theatre Experience
PVTC is committed to creating an artistic space where all feel welcome, regardless of age, race, ethnicity, disability, creed, financial circumstance, gender identity, or sexual orientation. We acknowledge the historical biases that have left marginalized communities out and recognize that equity can only be fully achieved by addressing these biases. We strive to uplift and promote all communities in our artistic endeavors.
Land Acknowledgement
Portola Valley is located on traditional Ohlone lands. We recognize the cultural heritage and traditions of those indigenous to this place.
