Celebrating YOU: 30th Anniversary RSVP Reminder and Upcoming Alumni Performance Opportunity!
Dear PVTC Community,
It’s hard to believe, but we’re entering the last few weeks of fall classes at PVTC. Our students are busily memorizing lines, tracking down props and costumes, and practicing favorite games and warm-up activities to share with friends and family on the last day of class. Our campus is alive with excitement, and I’m feeling so much gratitude for this community.
PVTC couldn’t exist without each and every one of you! Whether you’re on campus every week to drop off your students, you grew up in our camps and classes, you’ve attended MainStage shows, or you’ve supported us through volunteer work or financial contributions, thank you.
As we enter the holiday season, we’ll be asking you to consider making a year-end donation to PVTC. These donations are crucial to ensuring we can sustain our operations, grow our programs, and continue providing extensive financial aid. I hope you will seize this opportunity to help sustain and amplify PVTC’s important impacts in your community.
However, before we make that ask, we want to give something to you. In the next few months, join us for two events celebrating YOU: the community that has built PVTC and will see us into our next chapter.
30th Anniversary Community Dinner: Join us on November 9, 2024 at 6:00 pm to celebrate thirty years of educational, inspiring theatre-making in Lane Family Hall and set the stage for thirty more! We'll eat. We'll reminisce. We might even play some games or sing some songs. And we might even hear an announcement about the return of our intergenerational MainStage productions in 2025! (EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT!!) PVTC Alumni and Friends 24-Hour Musical: Whether you join us every summer or haven't been back in years, we invite all adult alumni of our youth programs to join PVTC's first Alumni and Friends 24-Hour Musical. We will gather together at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, December 20th, and take the next 24 hours to rehearse a TOP SECRET 90-minute musical that will be performed at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 21st. This is a great opportunity to connect or reconnect with friends and have some chaotic fun! For more information, see the flyer below, and when you’re ready, RSVP here. Even if you can’t participate in the creative process, we hope to see you in the audience or after the show on Saturday the 21st at 5:30 PM at Alpine Inn for our annual alumni get-together.
