Terry Romero is currently the Vice President of Benefits and Compensation with the bay clubs company, LLC. Her objective is to help contribute to the company’s continued growth and profitability by ensuring that pay structures and benefits plans are cost effective and remain competitive to attract and retain top talent.  As a Board Member, Terry’s hope is to utilize her 34+ years of Operational and HR experience to help PVTC succeed. She has a passion for health and exercise and her current activity is tennis. Terry enjoys playing with members, socializing with friends, and meeting new people. Her family has always had a passion for giving back to the community with a mission to “pay it forward” whenever possible. Terry lives in Burlingame with her husband and son and their 3-year-old chocolate lab “Hank”.
