Jess Bennett

Children's Conservatory Associate

Jess (she/her) was born and raised in the Bay Area. Jess got bitten by the acting bug in middle school, after making her stage debut as Lady Capulet in Shakespeare's Romeo & Juliet. After graduating from college, she moved to NYC to attend acting school at the prestigious Neighborhood Playhouse. Some favorite acting roles include Ilona in She Loves Me, Patty Simcox in GREASE and Olivia in Shakespeare's Twelfth Night. She is celebrating five years as a teaching artist with PVTC! In that time, she has directed, choreographed and coached many student shows, from Seussical to James and the Giant Peach (on Zoom)! Jess loves teaching the next generation of theatre-makers, and is excited to co-direct A Midsummer Night's Dream at Corte Madera School!
