Intern applications are due Friday, March 6th.

Letter of Recommendation

If you are applying as a first-time intern, even if we have worked with you as an actor, we need a letter of recommendation. This should be written by an adult who knows you well but is NOT related to you and can speak to your character and ability to take on responsibility. Letters can be emailed to internships@pvtc-ca.org by March 6th.


ALL interns are encouraged to attend our strike day on SATURDAY, AUGUST 8th from 9am-1pm.

Eligibility - 9th Graders

For Session I: James & The Giant Peach JR (June 15-July 11), you are eligible to be a part-time sets, props, & projects intern and to serve on crew. For all other camps, you are eligible for any position EXCEPT rotation leader for middle school acting camp.

Eligibility - 10th-12th Graders

For Session I: (James & the Giant Peach Jr (June 15-July 11) & Session II: Cirque De Broadway (July 13-24) , and Session III: Squirrel Girl Goes to College ( July 27-August 7) you are eligible for the following positions: rotation group leader, assistant director, assistant choreographer, assistant stage manager, costume design assistant, sets assistant, props assistant, lighting design assistant, administrative internship.

For Session II: The Drowsy Chaperone (July 13-31) & Session III: Squirrel Girl Goes to College ( July 27-August 7) high schoolers can express an interest in the following tech positions (and will be working alongside tech campers): spotlight operator, sound operator, assistant stage manager, and workday support.
