The Junior Staff application is open to students between their senior year of high school and freshman year of college. The positions provide opportunities for emerging artists to take on a larger leadership role in camp structure, such as designing or stage managing a show, taking on administrative responsibility in the office, or taking the lead on student activities. Applicants must have served as an intern with PVTC in at least one prior summer.
Junior staff members receive a contract to work with PVTC for one or more specified camp sessions. They are expected to conduct themselves with maturity and professionalism, serving as role models to campers and interns and working in a collaborative setting with other Junior Staff and full staff members. Junior Staff members will receive mentorship from PVTC staff.
