Organizational Restructure

PVTC recognizes that our structure upholds traditional (and therefore exclusionary) theatre-making and education practices. As a result, we’re working to reshape our organization and bring more voices to the table.

  • I.D.E.A. Committee We’ve added active I.D.E.A. Committee, which consists of board and staff members. This committee meets monthly to plan and implement new I.D.E.A. initiatives for the community.

  • Director of Inclusion PVTC has created a new staff position, Director of Inclusion. This team member will help implement anti-racist, justice-based practices across the organzation as we work to cultivate a culture of belonging on campus.

  • Diversifying the Team Over the past several years, PVTC has diversified our board and staff team to represent the voices of more BIPOC community members and other marginalized groups. We recognize there is more work to do, and are grateful for the perspectives of our new team members.
