Organizational Restructure

PVTC recognizes that our structure upholds traditional (and therefore exclusionary) theatre-making and education practices. As a result, we’re working to reshape our organization and bring more voices to the table.

  • I.D.E.A. Committee We’ve added active I.D.E.A. Committee, which consists of board and staff members. This committee meets monthly to plan and implement new I.D.E.A. initiatives for the community.

  • Diversifying the Team is critical to represent the voices of BIPOC community members and other marginalized groups on the staff and board. The I.D.E.A. committee will enter into hiring and board selection mindfully to meaningfully include a larger diversity of voices in our artistic and organizational choices.
