DRESS UP DRAMA - FREE DEMO CLASS
Monday, Nov. 28th at 10 AM
Thursday, Dec. 1st at 10 AM
Storybook theater inspires students to explore how their bodies, voices, and imaginations help them understand and communicate ideas and emotions.
Specific skills we build along the way:
• Enunciation and projection
• Body awareness
• Expressive movement
• Listening and cue-taking
• Collaborative problem-solving
• Valuing and respecting others
• Finding individual confidence with
creation and critical thinking
We use games, dress-up, mime, dance, tongue twisters, and picture books such as: A House For Hermit Crab by Eric Carle, Covered Wagons, Bumpy Trails by Verla Kay, and Roaring Rockets by Tony Mitton. Students perform on stage during the final class.
